Native of this region and working in Sophia Antipolis for several years,
I noted that to get fresh fruit and vegetables during the week is very difficult.
We have no time for shopping, and it's not easy to store and preserve until evening a fresh product bought in the morning or midday.

So this idea to set up a concept of simple and practical distribution, so that you can profit throughout the week of very good fresh products, selected in our local and regional producers. Then adopt the fraich' attitude and consume the 5 to 10 fruit and vegetables per day recommended for your health!
