Preserve it whole, or separate in bouquets and washed, in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator, during 2 to 3 days.
Vintage, it is perfect for aperitifs, to soak in a sauce tapenade, aioli, guacamole… Cuit, after 15 minutes in ebullient water, or hardly more than 5 minutes to the vapor, its uses are infinite!
