Easy to do, to consume without moderation ...
Basket contents (4 persons):
1/4 green cabbage (rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, and especially high in fibre), 3 carrots (very rich in provitamin A and fiber), 1 red pepper (very rich in vitamin C), ½ bunch of celery ( celery is rich in fiber), 3 tomatoes (antioxidant), 1 small bunch parsley (rich in vitamin C and iron.), 2 onions (onion is full of calcium, selenium, against aging, and good for the immune system, and full of fiber), 2 bouillon cubes.
