These jams are manufactured by the agricultural cooperative owners of orange in the Alpes-Maritimes, 'Nerolium' in Vallauris, from selected regional fruits.
It is used only steam for conservation and cooking. Guaranted without any additive, preservative or coloring , to have an entirely natural product of very high quality.
Slicing into thin strips of peel fruit to obtain citrus jam.
