Conservation:  from 2 to 3 days in a paper sachet, in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator.

Preparation: Cut the foot if necessary.

Caution! To wash whole right before preparation. Weeding is not necessary.

Cooking: At once after preparation to avoid the blackening of the plates. 3mns in salted ebullient water, 3 mns with the microwaves for 200g: slice up,  lay out in a dish with butter,  cover,  mix at mi-cooking. In stove, with garlic, parsley, butter until evaporation of the juice.

Consumption: vintage, in salad, nature with aperitif, Greek fashion. Cooked, in soup, omelette,  accompaniment vegetable, trimming, sauce. Roasted: stuffed and passed with the furnace or better  with the barbecue.
